Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer inquiries, maintain good relationships, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and inquiries. Explain company products and services to customers. Follow up with existing and potential customers. Maintain customer records and update databases.
