These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of look4jobs.in. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use it (including on behalf of an employer, if applicable).
Job Seeker Accounts
Job seekers may create a free profile, upload a resume, and apply to job postings. You are responsible for keeping your profile information accurate and up to date. We do not guarantee that any application will result in an interview or job offer.
Employer Accounts
Employers may post job openings and search for candidates, subject to our review. Job postings must be genuine, lawful, and non-discriminatory. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Acceptable Use
- Do not post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profile information.
- Do not use the platform to harass, discriminate against, or spam other users.
- Do not attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
Payments & Plans
Certain employer features (such as premium job postings) require payment. All fees are listed at the time of purchase. See our Cancellation Policy and Returns & Refunds pages for details on billing changes and refunds.
Limitation of Liability
look4jobs.in is a platform connecting job seekers and employers; we are not a party to any employment agreement between them. We are not liable for the conduct of any user, the accuracy of job listings, or hiring outcomes.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your settings or by contacting us.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
