Position: HR & Sales Coordinator – Work From Home
We are looking for a female candidate for a full-time, completely work-from-home role.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: ₹10,000–₹12,000/month
Location: Work From Home
The role will be a combination of HR and Sales Coordination. Responsibilities will include contacting candidates regarding job openings, conducting initial HR calls, making outbound calls to schools, following up with potential clients, and fixing appointments for our team.
Requirements:
- Good spoken English and communication skills
- Must have a laptop and reliable internet connection
- Comfortable making calls and speaking with candidates and school management
- Willingness to learn and handle both HR and sales-related activities
- Prior experience is not mandatory; training will be provided
A phone/SIM for official calling requirements can be provided by the company.
