An Educational Counsellor helps students choose the right academic programs and career paths based on their interests, skills, and goals. They provide guidance on courses, colleges, admissions, scholarships, and career opportunities. Educational counsellors also assist students and parents throughout the admission process, answer queries, maintain student records, and build strong relationships with educational institutions. They ensure students make informed decisions about their education while achieving admission targets and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students on academic and career options. Guide students through college and course selection. Assist with admission procedures and documentation. Follow up with prospective students and parents. Maintain accurate student records and reports. Stay updated on educational programs, universities, and admission policies. Achieve counselling and enrollment targets. Organize seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions.
