We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed and confident Female Receptionist for our Skin & Hair Clinic. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients / clients with a smileHandle incoming calls, appointments and WhatsApp inquiriesMaintain daily appointment schedule and patient follow-upsManage billing, cash handling and patient registrationMaintain cleanliness and discipline at the front desk areaCoordinate with doctors and therapists for smooth clinic flowHandle Instagram / Facebook inquiries if needed
