Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Service Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of UPS systems and batteries. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical experience in the same field, and the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. Responsibilities include checking battery performance, diagnosing equipment faults, performing regular servicing, attending customer complaints, and providing timely technical support. The candidate must follow safety procedures, maintain service records, and ensure customer satisfaction through reliable and professional service.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair UPS systems and batteries. Diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot faults. Perform regular servicing and preventive maintenance. Visit customer locations for service and repair work. Explain technical issues and solutions to customers.
Requirements
Male candidate preferred. Experience in the UPS and battery service field is mandatory. Basic electrical and technical knowledge. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer-handling skills.
