We are looking for a friendly and energetic Front Office Cum Telemarketing Executive to join our gym

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist members and visitors. Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. Make outbound calls to promote gym memberships and offers. Follow up with leads and schedule appointments. Maintain member records and daily reports. Handle basic front desk and administrative tasks. Support the team in achieving membership targets.

Requirements

Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in telemarketing and front Office in any field
