Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Telecalling Cum CRM Executive to manage customer communications, handle incoming and outgoing calls, maintain customer relationships, and support sales activities for an agriculture products company.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Explain agriculture products, features, pricing, and benefits to customers. Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and feedback. Maintain customer information, call records, and follow-up details in the CRM system. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally. Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
Requirements
Female candidates preferred; married candidates. Previous experience in telecalling, CRM, or customer service is mandatory. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
